CareChoice Earns Great Place To Work® Certification — Here’s What It Means for You
05/12/2026
We have exciting news to share: CareChoice Homecare has officially earned Great Place To Work® Certification™.
This recognition isn’t something a company can apply for and receive overnight. It’s earned through an independent, data-driven process — and more importantly, it’s earned by the people who show up every single day to do this work. That means it belongs to every caregiver, coordinator, and team member at CareChoice.
We’re proud of this achievement. And we want to take a moment to explain what it actually means — for our caregivers, for the families we serve, and for anyone considering joining our team.
What Is Great Place To Work Certification?
Great Place To Work® is a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors that drive personal and organizational performance. For more than 30 years, they’ve surveyed millions of employees at thousands of companies worldwide.
To earn Certification, a company must meet two requirements: a certain percentage of employees must complete the Trust Index© survey, and the results must meet Great Place To Work’s rigorous benchmark. There are no shortcuts. You either clear the bar or you don’t — and the scores are based entirely on what employees say, anonymously, about their experience working there.
At CareChoice, our team cleared that bar.
Why This Matters for Caregivers
Caregivers know better than anyone that not all home care agencies are created equal. The agency you work for determines your pay, your schedule flexibility, how quickly someone answers when you call with a problem, and whether you feel respected — or just like a staffing number.
This Certification is our team’s way of saying: CareChoice is different.
When the majority of your colleagues say, independently and confidentially, that this is a great place to work — that means something real. It means the benefits are actually good. It means communication works. It means when you bring a concern to your coordinator, it gets addressed. It means your work is valued.
If you’re a caregiver who has been thinking about transferring to CareChoice, this is your sign. We’ve earned the recognition — but more importantly, the people already on our team helped create it. You’d be joining a culture that people chose to affirm.
What This Means for Families Choosing a Home Care Agency
When you’re bringing a caregiver into your home — or into the home of someone you love — you need to trust that they’re supported, trained, and working for an agency that actually cares about them.
Here’s why that matters to you: a caregiver who feels valued, respected, and well-supported brings that same energy into your home. Research consistently shows that employee experience directly impacts the quality of care clients receive. A burned-out caregiver working for an agency that doesn’t communicate or pay on time is not the same as a caregiver who feels like part of a strong team.
Great Place To Work Certification is external, independent validation that CareChoice is the kind of organization that takes care of its people. And when an agency takes care of its people, its people take better care of your loved ones.
What Makes CareChoice a Great Place To Work
We believe the answer comes down to a few core things.
You choose your caregiver. Our model is built around trust — which means families get to choose the person who enters their home, including a family member or friend they already know. That foundation of trust shapes everything about our culture, from how we treat our caregivers to how we communicate with families.
We pay well and on time. Our caregivers consistently tell us that competitive pay and reliable, timely payment matter enormously. We take that seriously.
We answer the phone. Home care doesn’t happen on a 9-to-5 schedule. Our team is available 24/7 because the families and caregivers we serve sometimes need support outside of business hours.
We treat every caregiver as a professional. Whether you’re caring for a parent with dementia or providing personal care for a young adult with disabilities, the work you do requires skill, compassion, and resilience. We recognize that — and we try to make sure every caregiver at CareChoice feels it.
We support our Paid Family Caregivers, too. Through our Paid Family Caregiver Program, family members can get trained, supported, and compensated for caring for their loved ones. This program reflects our belief that care is care — and it deserves to be recognized, whether it comes from a professional or from someone who has been doing it out of love.
A Note from Our Leadership
“Earning Great Place To Work Certification is one of the most meaningful recognitions CareChoice has received — not because of what it says about us as a company, but because of what it says about our team. Our caregivers are the reason families trust us. They are the heart of everything we do. This Certification belongs to them.”
